Hey everyone — I wanted to let you know that starting June 1, 2026, membership rates will increase by $25 per month.

I’ve held pricing steady for several years, and this update helps support the continued coaching, growth, and quality of the gym. I really appreciate all of you being here and trusting me to be part of your training.
