Whether it’s that nagging lower back that is preventing you from getting back on the court or that chronic knee pain that is limiting you from hitting the trails or getting on your bike, you’ve come to the right place. Join the family at Thor Strength to get back on track and move forward! We focus on strength and movement quality so you can train with more confidence and less discomfort.

  • 1-on-1 private training ($840 package)

  • 2-on-1 semi-private training ($600 package per person)

  • 2 sessions a week for 6 weeks (12 total sessions)

  • 60 minute sessions

These limited sessions are available at 12pm and 1pm Monday - Friday.

Mobility protocol to improve overall health done in a private personal training setting.

We also offer a PREMIUM personal training service…

  • 3 sessions per week

  • Session run 75 minutes

  • Sessions include a full warm up, strength training and cool down protocol built off of your goals

  • Nutritional guidance and help with meal planning

  • Out of personal training session movement protocols

  • Ability to contact me with questions outside of regular hours
