Why Personal Training?
We understand that our small group sessions might not be at a great time for you. We also understand that small groups might not be your thing. That’s okay! This is why we also offer private one-on-one sessions throughout the day.
We offer packages personal training packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions ranging from $60-$80/session. All you have to do is bring your water and we’ll take care of the rest! We’ll go through a personalized warm up; with an emphasis on increasing blood flow and mobility. Then, we’ll get into your personalized program, which we base off of your personal goals. Expect sessions to be approximately 60 minutes.
What’s Our coaching methodology?
I’ve been in the personal training for over 10 years and have worked with clients ranging from 12-90 years old. Throughout my time I’ve found one major thing that has led to success for everyone: strength. No matter where we are in life, we can always get stronger. I don’t recall hearing anyone complain about being strong. As a result of our strength training approach, clients have improved chronic joint pains, improved quality of life, lost weight, and have found enjoyment in challenging themselves.
I’m an ACE (American Council of on Exercise) certified personal trainer with specializations in strongman, powerlifting, and pain-free performance. I enjoy combining all my specializations into each of my members’ programs to provide a plan that keeps everyone healthy while getting stronger.
Not all of our current small group sessions are full. There might be one other person. You might just be the only one. We encourage everyone to jump in and try it first.
