Why Personal Training?
Allow us to take the responsibility to guide you on your fitness journey. We develop a personalized program just for you. Do you want to pick things up off the floor without hurting yourself? Do you have a shoulder issue that just won’t go away? Our personalized program will consist methods to reach your goals based off of your wants and needs. Along the way we’ll teach you how to apply what we do in the gym to your everyday life so that you can feel and move better.
And did I mention that this is a private training facility? This means that you won’t ever feel like your waiting for equipment and our space won’t get crowded. Also, we have specialized equipment that you won’t find at any other gym in the area. We use these pieces of equipment to accommodate various lifts for our members.
What’s different about our Personal training?
Community is the foundation to our mission. However, we understand that you may want the space to yourself and to get all of the attention. No problem at all. We want you to get the most out of this experience. These sessions are scheduled outside of our small group sessions. We build a personalized program just for you with flexibility each session; meaning, if you come in and you’re not feeling 100%, we’ll make changes.
What’s Our coaching methodology?
I’ve been in the personal training for over 10 years and have worked with clients ranging from 12-90 years old. Throughout our time we’ve found one major thing that has led to success for everyone: strength. No matter where we are in life, we can always get stronger. I don’t recall hearing anyone complain about being strong. As a result of our strength training approach, clients have improved chronic joint pains, improved quality of life, lost weight, and have found enjoyment in challenging themselves.
I’m an ACE (American Council of on Exercise) certified personal trainer with specializations in strongman, powerlifting, and pain-free performance. I enjoy combining all my specializations into each of my members’ programs to provide a plan that keeps everyone healthy while getting stronger.
Not all of our current sessions are full. There might be one other person. You might just be the only one. We encourage everyone to jump in and try it first.
