Small group Training
As coaches, we’ve discovered that frequency and accountability are two major foundations that help our members stay on track and progress faster. Small group training combines personalized programming and personal training services with a community to support you and continuously cheer you on.
What is Small Group Training?
We work with individuals from all capabilities and ages, who have come to us with the same goal: to get stronger. Each of our members receive their own personalized program to learn and follow with the support of certified personal trainers. We are here to show you the exercises and guide you through each session, providing instruction and solutions to help get you to crush your goals in a safe setting.
How We Onboard
In our onboarding process, you will go through our movement screening. Many of our current clients have found that through the screening, their movements can be modified to reduce their ongoing aches and pains almost immediately. Along with our screening, we will sit down and talk about your goals and develop an appropriate game plan. We will also schedule a 3 month check-in to review our plan, make adjustments or develop new goals.

Emotional Support Dogs
Many of our clients felt unsure, at first, working in a small group setting. However, over time, great bonds have been built and this has strengthened accountability. Newer clients have the chance to learn from our longer serving clients or create healthy competition throughout each of the exercises. We want to stress the importance of training, but we also want to build a community for you to be a part of inside and outside of our doors.
This service is a membership, paid at the beginning of each month. You can come once, twice or up to three times a week. Sessions are approximately an hour. And you will be training in a group with up to 5 others. In addition, you will receive your own personalized program. We encourage you to come as often as you can. But we understand that life can get busy. Keep us in the loop and we’ll make our schedule work for you as best as we can. After all, this is about you. And we want you to succeed!
