More than a fitness class
Small Group Training at Thor Strength is built for adults in Littleton and South West Denver who want real coaching in a supportive group setting. This is not a random fitness class. Each session is strength-focused, structured around your goals, and designed to help you get stronger, move better, and make consistent progress.
This is not a one-size-fits-all fitness class. Members train in a group setting, but with individualized guidance and programming built around their goals.
Small Group Training is ideal for adults who want coaching, structure, and accountability in a more affordable setting than one-on-one training.
Membership Options
Choose from 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x per week memberships based on your goals, schedule, and training experience.
Session Structure
Each session is 60 minutes and coached in a small-group setting focused on strength, movement quality, and long-term progress.
Programming & Coaching
Training is structured around your goals, with individualized programming and real coaching attention throughout the session.
Equipment & Facility
Train with barbells, specialty bars, strongman equipment, and other tools that support a more complete strength training experience.
Membership Terms
Memberships are month-to-month, giving you flexibility without locking you into a long contract.
