Small group Training

This is not like your typical fitness class. Our objective is to help you improve your quality of life. We understand that many people want to workout either before or after work. And so we decided to created small groups, at a more affordable price, where we can help each individual and develop a thriving community.

What is Small Group Training?

We’ve created designated time slots for small groups to come in and train. We’ve also established a 4 person per session capacity in order to provide proper attention and direction to each individual. What makes our methodology stand out is that we provide personalized programming for each individual. You may be training with others around you, but you will not be doing the same exercises. We understand that this may be intimidating, but we’ve taken our time to develop a very welcoming community. Each person understands that someone joining, for the first time, may require extra attention in order to learn our processes.

Monthly Small Group Training Membership

1-4 sessions per week

60 minute sessions
