Coaching
Here at Thor Strength we approach personal training a little differently. I’ve always wanted to encourage the building of a community. Therefore, we have established what we call “Small Group Coaching”.
What is Small Group Coaching?
Our sessions are 60 minutes. Within each session you may be working with up to 3 other members. We’ve derived at a capacity of 4 to ensure that you receive enough attention to help get you started without feeling like you’re lost or crammed. Each of our members receive their own personalized program. I will help you through your warm up and explain the program specifics for each day you come in. As you get into your program, I will provide proper cueing to ensure that you perform each movement properly and progress appropriately.
Why Small Group Coaching?
This is our premiere package; meaning that this is a monthly membership with the best deal. This membership provides unlimited sessions. One week you can come in twice, the next you can come in 5 times. We have members of all ages, focused on goals such as injury rehab, mobility improvement, general strength training, and even strongman training. And no matter what your goals are, our diverse community is welcoming and happy to work with you and encourage you to reach them.
How are we different?
With a tight knit community, we have built stronger friendships beyond just lifting weights together. The members that compete in various strength sports have a cheering section at their competitions. The members that need help moving have friends who will help out. And members hang out outside of the gym.
But aside from our community. We are a boutique gym with the most diverse selection of specialty equipment in Littleton. Specialty equipment that can accomodate any limitations and keep things more exciting.
